The experience
What's better than biting into Mumbai's iconic vada pav — the spiced potato fritter that fuels this city — chased by pani puris that detonate with flavour? Doing it after dark, when the markets glow and the pavements become dining rooms.
Your guide curates the crawl stall by stall: the vendors locals queue for, the chaat with the perfect crunch-to-tang ratio, the kulfi worth crossing town for — with the hygiene question already answered, because every stop is one we eat at ourselves.
Between bites, the night tour unfolds: bazaars in full evening swing, and then the showstopper — Marine Drive lit up as the Queen's Necklace, with the illuminated Gateway and Victoria Terminus glowing like film sets.
